Returns Policy

If your product is faulty, you may request an exchange within 3 days of purchase.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Packaging must be sealed and in its original condition.

Checking Warranty

All electronic products sold by ASMODUS.PK come with a 7-day checking warranty, starting from the day your order is delivered.

Note: This warranty becomes void if the product suffers physical damage such as drops, cracks, or impact.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not functioning correctly, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Opened or used Vapes, Pods, Tanks, or Hardware

  • Opened E-liquids

Sale Items

  • Items purchased during regular or seasonal sales are eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for return or refund, unless damaged or defective.
